Our initial phase of care (Heal & Seal) the microbiome needs the ideal protein for those challenged with LGS. We provide that with our Bone Broth Protein or our No Grain plant based protein for vegetarians.

Phase 2 of the Blueprint TYG Program is known as Clear: (detoxing and de-stressing). In this phase, we simply do just that, reduce stress, and eliminate toxins. Toxins can make their way into our bodies over time because of our lifestyle choices from our diet, the environment, and from intestinal invaders like Candida.

Candida itself can create up to 79 different toxins on their own, so it is very necessary to follow Phase 1 with a proper detox and stress neutralizing plan.
